We aim to continue our work by adopting our contribution to the environment as a basic principle, being aware of our social responsibility, and complying with the obligations imposed by national and international relevant legislation and standards
Within the scope of the European green deal, our main goal is to reduce our production-related emissions by 5% by 2025 and to reach the carbon neutral target by 2050 by reducing our production-related emissions by 50% by 2030
- While continuing our activities; By the end of 2024, reduce the consumption of global resources such as water, electricity, fossil fuels, natural gas, etc. by 5% per kilogram of production
- To increase the rate of female employees from 20% to 22% in order to spread the culture of gender equality
- To reduce the amount of waste (kg) / production amount (kg) by 10% with the improvement and operational arrangements to be made within the company,
- Reaching a production capacity of 14,000 tons/year for 2024
- Reduce production downtime due to failures by 10% by ensuring the continuity of the maintenance application and further improving the plan
- To provide an average of 22 hours of training per person per year
- At least one during the year Obtaining national/international R&D project approval
- Reduce annual energy consumption per unit product by 0.10% for 2024
- Reduce the annual TEP value per unit product by 1% compared to the previous year for 2024
