R&D and innovation activies are very importance for us. Therefore we have a co-rotating intermeshing twin screw extruder named POEX T-27 model which has 27 mm of srew diameter, 48:1 L/D ratio and maximum 1200 rpm srew rotating speed in our laboratory in order to make our trial product formulations.
With this laboratory scale extruder our R&D department develop and produce special compound formulations while using plastic raw materials which are recycled of plastic wastes manufactured from engineering thermoplastics such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Acrylonitrile Butadien Styrene (ABS), Polyamid (PA) for expectation of customers.
